Reviews documentation and codes before claims go out: E/M levels, add-on codes, modifiers and diagnosis codes. Flags notes that do not support the code billed.
Dedicated credentialer
Handles payer enrollments, CAQH upkeep, re-credentialing and new-provider onboarding, with weekly status updates. Useful for growing groups and multi-state telehealth practices.
Dedicated virtual assistant

Credentialing starts at $80 per payer. With billing, 5 commercial payers are credentialed free. Government payers such as Medicare and Medicaid are not part of the free 5.

A real person replies to calls and emails within 1 hour during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. You get monthly reports on collections, denials and A/R, and weekly updates on credentialing.
We sign a business associate agreement with every client, and all staff are HIPAA-trained.

What happens when my dedicated person is on vacation?
The wider team covers. Your accounts, notes and payer history are documented, so another team member can keep claims and follow-up moving.
Can I start with percentage billing and switch to dedicated staff later?
Yes. Many practices start with percentage billing and move to a dedicated biller as they add providers. Our terms are flexible and no long-term contract is required.
